No paid apps on Root or DEV1 phones!

I brought this up in anopther thread, however I thought it was worthy of it's own.

Mods please feel free to merge/move if you wish.


How does everyone feel about Root users and Dev1 users being shut out of app purchases? I haven't seen anything that I need enough to give up my themes...your thoughts?

Are you running RC33? That might be the issue for me...I am running JF1.43ADP1.1h. It had been said that it was all root, must just be ADP. It still seems wrong that they restrict developer builds from access to the whole market.

I guess I'm moving to RC33 now=(

I have SOME...but not all. search for the ones I listed. If they are there they may not be for long...

oh not sure how they would be able to differentiate between the two, but i know that the smart developers attempting to keep their apps from being copied would pull there apps until a more secure method comes out.

I can understand this...but I want to BUY apps

I am also of the belief that this will create a larger problem than it solves. Unfortunately not everyone respects intellectual property the same way...
