new ahome updates F***** my phone??? HELP

ok I love ahome but I did most recent update and tis always a force clsoe error. so when i hit force close it trys to start up ahome but it keeps force closing. What do I do????? ahhh.

Uninstall and then reinstall. That should fix it.

but Icant. I cant access anything. ahome is my default home. so when i click force close screen goes black then reloads ahome then goes black. and when i hit menu force close comes up.

if you cant do ANYTHING reflash, reboot, rebackup.

my tip is to make use of the hot keys and not depend 100% on the home app
give Settings a hotkey/quick launch key. launch it from anywhere

well ok on the ahome official forums they said this

"Make a factory reset is a solution.
If you don't want to do that. I suggest you to use adb to uninstall aHome. If your phone is rooted, it should be easy. You can use adb shell log into g1 and remove ahome, or use adb uninstall mobi.bbase.ahome to uninstall it"

I dont awnt to factory reset how do i access adb shell from pc? PLEASE HELP this is an EMERGENCY I need my phone bad.

why don't you go into your settings -> applications -> ahome and clear the default as your home button.

then reinstall and uninstall.

Please tell us you have root first. If not then your out of luck.

because I cant access settings on my g1. my g1 is pretty much useless look many other people are experiencing

and yes I have root. but i am a newb it took me forever. so any tut or walkthrough to get adb shell and uninstall from pc

Yep, I updated my aHome, and now my phone was stuck on the force close, and now it won't even boot past the Android screen.
