when your topic is a question post your topic as a question...otherwise people may think (As I did partially) that you HAVE a MS office app for android...

If you have outlook, you can install Google sync on your desktop, set it at 2 way sync, and now you have OTA sync with your work/personal office calendar. Thats what I do for work.

    Yes...
NitroDesk makes "Touchdown" it's not free though.

There's a link to the download.

It works with microsoft exchange server to sync contacts, email, and calendars.

Are you looking for something that will sync your G1's calendar and your Outlook calendar? If so, log into your gmail account. Click on the calendar and in the upper right corner you should see a Sync link. Click that and download Google's Calendar Sync which will keep your Gmail and Outlook calendar synced. This will in turn keep your G1's calendar synced as well so if you add something from the phone, it'll eventually find its way back to your computer, and visa versa.
