Motorola Defy Application Queue

Hi,

I recently got a motorola defy, running android 2.1 with the motoBlur (terrible) running on top. I have tried to download some apps (naturally) but every time I initiate a download the status bar comes up simply with "application in queue". And it won't download.
So... Help?

Hya i have the same phone but not had that problem yet. Do you use the. MOTOBLUR? ? I never activated mine, not interested in it do just binned it.

Oh. Well I did. How do I get rid of motoblur? For some reason the processor also seems slower.

Not sure how you get rid of it once you've signed up (first thing I did was just drag all the icons into the bin by holding on them till the bin icon appears)
Could try signing out and either uninstalling via Settings>Applications or just dragging into the bin.
