Missed Call LED Issues

I tried messing around with the Android 2.0 version and now whether I have the app installed or uninstalled, the 4 "buttons" on my Droid are glowing a soft light purple and the notification LED is blinking purple. Is there any way to disable this or to get rid of the settings altogether? Thanks!

When an app controls the LED it makes an API call to set the colour and blink rate. If the hardware supports it, then it tries its best to do what it's told. So, if you've uninstalled Missed Call, and you've rebooted your phone, then it's something else that's making your LED blink, as the current state of the LED is not stored when you reboot.
