Default Mature discussion of religious themed apps possible?

Is this community really too childish and/or intolerant to allow for helpful discussion on apps related to religion? So far, I have seen two threads opened that I was interested in. Both were quickly hit by immature trolls hurling offensive posts and subsequently locked or removed by admins.

Can we be adults here? Can't we simply delete offensive/antagonistic posts or better yet, ban the children who post them? Alternately, can somebody suggest an Android forum where meaningful discussion can occur without having to sift through attacking statements and ultimately being locked out?

I don't think it's possible, to be honest with you. I wish it was... But i just don't think so.

And that's nothing against this community, but society in general.

The internet gives people anonimity, and with anonimity comes all manner of insults and hatred because the worst that could happen is a ban from a website.

    So no, not really.

Yep, basically is the nature of society, and people seem to become to only have the courage to say anything when they're behind a computer.

Discussions on the APPS are allowed.

If you are here to discuss religion itself, and not the applications -- please remove yourself from this thread. If you do/don't believe in religion, or have anything to say about religion, please move on. This is not for arguing religion, it's for discussing applications for those that do exercise their right to practice the religion of their choosing.

The internet makes some people think that because they have a voice that they should use it to impose their views on others but fail to include the eloquence and sophisticated mannor that such topics require.
