Lost Market

My buddy just upgraded to CM 4.2.15.1 and he lost the Android Market. Any ideas on how to get it back?

Did he flash the gapps? If not flash them or try reflashing the gapps. Sometimes the market cache need cleared too.

Is that the signed-dream_devphone?

I just flashed the signed-dream_devphone and CM 4.2.15.1 again for him, in that order, and he still doesn't have the Market...ideas?

No, I'm sorry the gapps are for the N1. On the G1 you did it right, flashed the HTC 1.6 from there site and then Cyan. Did you clear the market cache? Is the market f/c ing, no market at all or can't access the market.

Yeah, i'm flashing signed-dream_devphone_userdebug-ota-14721.zip and CM 4.2.15.1.

I was just at the HTC site and that's the right one. If you are using the Amon RA recovery you can clear your davlic (sp) cache, fix uid mismatches and run fix_permissions from the recovery console. Once you flash the HTC 1.6 and the Cyan the market should be there.
