handscent sms issuse

i have a tmo G1, and lately i have been having issues with my handscent sms program. i keep getting double of every text. mind u the problem is random doesn't matter how texts me or what message they send some texts come out single some are doubled! someone help! its really annoying when getting incoming texts!!

Yeah, that has been happening for a couple updates now, both on my G1 and Nexus. There were some posts about this issue somewhere else, but I can't find it right now. I think they identified it as an issue with ChompSMS, but maybe it is some interference between the stock app and these replacements. Oddly enough, for me it only happens with one contact continuously but other contacts only sporadically.

Also... the duplicates show up as duplicates in both the stock app and the replacements...

I use G2 and never meet this problwm. Handscent is easy to use
