When the FingerPrint screen pops up, you need to touch your finger to the screen to be "scanned" for your identity, there will be vibration and beep sounds during the scan.
The trick to unlock is how many beeps or vibrations since you touch the phone screen ;-)

So it does not actually scan your fingerprint? It is unlocking via a series of sounds?

It's unlock is based on how long your finger is touching the screen. It also requires you have the sound on. On top of that the only true way to scan your fingerprint is to hack the drivers on the phone and parse raw data (which I don't even think is plausible with the capacitive screen).

there is no way the screen could capture a real biometric image...it's just a gimmicky thing really... it is what it is (and not what you're hoping it to be).

Well I assumed it was not a "real" scanner but these days you never know. Most people would have laughed even a couple of years ago if you told them that cameras would be standard on phones. I remember when crappy camera phones easily ran $400. Who knows these days what will be invented tomorrow. But yes I was "hoping".

Download the Finger Scanner Pro 1.0 for my Samsung galaxy S II ,and i want to help me step by step if you can ,how can I get my first scan for my fingerprint,to the program recognize that, because i dont want to have problems when i shut off my celular,and my galaxy can not recognize my fingerprint and my galaxy can die,thx for help me
