Nice find. When I finally do get my droid this will be one of the first paid apps I buy. Between photography side business and project timing for work this should work wonderfully.
hey guys,
found a time tracking software called "timr" on the android market.
it seems to be quite useful - as I am using the free version for 1 user for 6 weeks already. there seem to be solutions up to 50 users and enterprises as I've read on their website www.timr.com I did not found comparable mobile solutions for time tracking and logbook for android so far.
does anyone else use it?

If you use freshbooks.... you cannot beat timedroid.... The synch feature is truthfully amazing! The app is free and the freshbooks account is free to an extend. but for the sidework i do I don't need the paid version of freshbooks.
Hi,

You can use it offline, as it's a native app and no web application. Therefore you can track your time anytime and everywhere...

Astrid's free version has some basic time tracking, although not as good as some of those mentioned here.
There's an advanced version available for $5 but the site isn't clear on what exactly that means.

Great program so far, though. Its on more than one best-of list.
Sorry to revive this old thread but if you're looking for a comprehensive and professional Android time tracking app, this is from the http://BusinessTimeApp.com website:
* Time sheet emails for easy invoicing
* Photos to ensure you keep accurate visual records
* Voice memos to minimise typing
* Projects to easily manage related tasks
* Maps to monitor time spent in each location
* Tags to see how much time you spend on similar tasks
* A to-do list to keep you focused
* Integrated address book to make it easy to contact clients
* Backup & restore functions to keep your data safe
Disclaimer: I am the developer of the app! I did a lot of research for Business Time and found the alternatives to be either too slow (login/sync/etc) or require too much typing and tapping. Business Time gets you started in one tap - try it for free
Please contact me if you have any questions about the app or feature requests!

Harvest just launched a sleek Android time tracker (with expense tracking capabilities). Able to record time online or offline.
It's a free companion to the Harvest time tracking service. Check it out here: http://www.getharvest.com/android-time-tracker
(note: we are the creators of this app, but we do believe it's a great option!)
I'm glad that you found a useful time tracking app. that you like best. I also been using a time tracking app it is called rescuetime it is a good alternative. I would like to try that time tracking app of your some day.
what I'm using right now is Time Doctor, it's been amazing. I've been using it for months now.
I've recently read an awesome article about accurate time tracking, which I think is important if you're still trying to decide what tool to use for your business. Because we have to admit that tracking your time can be most of the time problematic. I hope reading it will make it easier for you.
