Facebook and MySpace App on Droid?

Has anyone else with the Droid been unsatisfied with the way the Facebook and MySpace Apps performs? I mean you have notifications saved for every 30 minutes, and you don't get any for days, but when you go online or click refresh, you have a handful. What's up with that? Anyone using successful alternatives?

Which apps are you using? Don't blame the phone. Blame yourself for downloading a poor facebook/myspace app.

I suggest Bloo or Babbler for Facebook. I don't use myspace so I can't help you there.
