Exchange/Mail Sync Now Widget?

HTC Hero, Sprint version... Anyone know if there is a way to add a widget to sync exchange and other emails all at once without having to go through the settings?? I manually sync my emails but want to avoid going through the menus each time I want to sync. I have searched through the HTC and Android widgets but no luck. The closest thing I can do is get a shortcut setup to the settings.

OK sorry to hijack a thread but i can't even see how to start a new thread on here ( sorry abit of a newbie to everything including the phone ) and wanted to ask a question if anyone can point me in right direction i'm looking for start new topic button or new thread button and just don't see it
