Erin, I likewise have no response from eamobile after three days. Bango did credit for the double charge, but I was still charged once for a product I haven't received and have had no response from eamobile regarding this problem.

I just got a credit towards another game, which I will not be buying. Still haven't heard from eamobile. I'll give them a week to reply, and if not, I'll file a complaint with the BBB. Whenever I filed a complaint through them I got a refund. I hope it doesn't have to come to that though.

After getting no response from eamobile, I emailed Bango again to tell them that I had been unable to get a response from eamobile and asked for their help. A few days later, I got a response that they had contacted eamobile directly and would resolve the problem. Shortly later I received another email from Bango and they said the 7.99 had been credited back to my Bango account and asking me if I wanted it credited back to my credit card. What a dumb question, of course I want my money back. I just emailed them to put it back on my credit card...we'll see if it actually happens.
So, I don't think people should buy this game. The process of purchasing and downloading it seems to be flawed. To their credit, the payment processor, Bango, while slow to respond does actually respond and seems to be willing to resolve the situation to the customer's satisfaction. However, eamobile is awful. They never provided me the game and never responded to any of my many emails. It's like they didn't want to give me the game and take my money...even though I kept telling them I wanted the game. Strange behavior considering the state of the global economy. Fine, I'll take my money elsewhere. |

You can try two ways to email them. 1.) Go to this site, http://bango.custhelp.com , click Ask Question and you can enter you email and fill out the question form. Just to let you know, they take about 3 days to reply but the actually did resolve my problem for me. Took me about two weeks to resolve my issue because each time they resolved a small part of the problem and then I would have to email again and it would take another 3 days (double credit card charge, didn't get game, couldn't read eamobile, refunded Bango credit, credited back to credit card). 2.) you could try this email address: bango_support@mailnj.custhelp.com I'm not sure if this works without a currently active support ticket/question. Be sure to include your bango account ID if you have one. Good Luck. |
