Shortly later I received another email from Bango and they said the 7.99 had been credited back to my Bango account and asking me if I wanted it credited back to my credit card. What a dumb question, of course I want my money back. I just emailed them to put it back on my credit card...we'll see if it actually happens.
So, I don't think people should buy this game. The process of purchasing and downloading it seems to be flawed. To their credit, the payment processor, Bango, while slow to respond does actually respond and seems to be willing to resolve the situation to the customer's satisfaction. However, eamobile is awful. They never provided me the game and never responded to any of my many emails. It's like they didn't want to give me the game and take my money...even though I kept telling them I wanted the game. Strange behavior considering the state of the global economy. Fine, I'll take my money elsewhere.
