Droid: How to move mail to folders, move next/prev message in landscape

Hello all, I just picked up my shiny new Droid today. I have a couple of very simple email questions; pardon me if this is the wrong place to ask and point me in the right direction.

1. How do I move emails to a different folder?
2. In landscape, how do I move to the next/previous email?
3. Is there a way to "grab" the scrollbar (or some other method) of quickly moving up/down a really long list, kinda like how on a desktop computer you can click on a scrollbar and quickly drag without scrolling?

tap the menu button on the bottom, one of options should be "change label"

2. In landscape, how do I move to the next/previous email?

tap the "older" button to move to the next email. tap the menu button and then "new" to move to the previous email

3. Is there a way to "grab" the scrollbar (or some other method) of quickly moving up/down a really long list, kinda like how on a desktop computer you can click on a scrollbar and quickly drag without scrolling?

If you flick the screen in either direction it will move the scroll wheel very quickly, depending on how hard you flick. (flick by dragging your finger either up or down, then removing your finger while still moving in that direction)

This is all assuming you are using gmail, I haven't tried any other email on my droid yet.
