Cant download?

i think its just the gameboid because i downloaded NES and it dosent ask for gba bios and i can see the files

edit: i googled some more and it said i need to get the gba.bios in my root folder on my , mytouch but then i have to root or jailbreak it correct?

no, the root of your sd card is the main menu of your sd card where all your folders are like DCIM and MUSIC and all that
