Hi all. Longtime Takephone user on PalmOS (Treo 700p / Centro). Love the program and am looking to get a Droid soon. Anyone know if this atakephone works on the Droid / Android 2.0?

Hi,

The coming version will probably support the Droid device - need to adopt the contact database calls to 2.0.

Great - thanks! I love the program on my Centro and would really miss it on the Droid.

I am the developer of aTAKEphONE. I am indeed working on it, and would be happy to get user feedback and requests.

I just released a new version - 1.20 - with support for OS 2.1 (Droid, Nexus One, ..) at the Market, and also at my own website.

New :
- Transparent skins (show system wallpaper).
- Numbers lookup.
- Auto-remove missed calls icon.
- Landscape mode.
- Handle 'x' in numbers (automated extension calling).

You can get it at the android market, or at my own website (where you can also find a full featured 30 days trial).
