Downloaded it but haven't received an app to judge yet.

I can't download any of the apps. When I try to, the process never completes, barely even starts. Is this because I'm not living in the right part of the world?

i reviewed one (had to manually install it), then got a force close on the 2nd app. there's no way to skip an app that won't run and move on to the next one, which renders the adc2 app useless.

I believe if you give it a rating (you need to choose stars for all of the catagories, before it'll let you submit your rating), it will then delete that program, and allow you to download the next one.

correct, and i did that once, but since the 2nd app force closed, i was never allowed to rate it.

You can skip apps by pressing menu and selecting skip either before or after downloading the app for review. There seems to be something wrong with downloading apps automatically though, all the apps ive reviewed so far (only 3 or 4) have had to be manually downloaded which is a pain.
