andnav! problems....

Am I missing something? Can't ever find the actual .apk file. When I follow the inks I just end up going in circles or getting a download unsuccessful message...

It would be nice if the apps in the "market" were actually on a dedicated server instead of being linked to the dev site of each app.

Doesn't work for me. Keep getting a download failed message. Maybe the issue is on the dev side...

got the .apk on my desktop...

will put it on the SD and see what happens...

I got it to download by going into the application settings and clicking "Unknown Sources". It downloaded successfully but I can't find the file anywhere. It isn't on my sim either. I tried to download trackdroid but it failed. I think trackdroid is supposed to be a kind of market place app to track what you download.

so I'm stuck.

the developer said it doesn't work yet, he's still tweaking it to work on the g1

Okay....Upfront, I am brand-new/green at this, today is Day 1 on my G1.

I tried to download AndNav, and it gave me an error that I must have an SD card. Which I do, I confirmed it's presence, it came with the phone.

What am I missing here? I

GO to the andnav.org website and ask the developer.
