Nah - the managers get a free G1 for completing a training seminar on the thing. That's how I got to play with one for a few hours the other day - the manager let me try theirs. I think that's the idea... they're supposed to drum up buzz for the device. Better question: does something with 1.5M preorders need "drumming?" How many units has iPhone sold so far?
