Here's the story in detail:

So I head to the store with the "frozen" phone and handed it to a CSR that I need a replacement (I didnt exactly say it that way), coincidentally, some Reps too had the G1, we all took out the battery and restarted, I told them within a few minutes it will freeze again. No one else had that issue and since it is a new phone the issues log is quite slim or null... infact, those of us calling now are filling it up. They apologized that it has...

So I got home to my G1... my wife had already opened the UPS plastic package.

The box comes with 2 flyers (G1 accesories, and some tips...like how to get the most out of your batteries).

- I turned the phone on without sim and got the notification to insert sim

- I took out the 1GB card then insert my sim, I was asked to unlock my sim... yes, everything of mine is locked!

- Just an FYI, pictures get saved to memory card, so no card, no pics......
