So, all of a sudden today I started getting some weird issues relating to my SD card. Even though I can see that I have nearly 6 gigs free on my 8 gig micro SD card, I can't save anything to it. I haven't tried mounting it to my PC, but everytime I try to download a picture from the internet I get the "download unsuccessful: not enough space" message. Furthermore, for some reason the phone doesn't seem to want to generate thumbnails for my images anymore. I can look at my images just fine and I can play music just fine as well. But it seems like I can't save any new files to my SD card.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any remedies?

Edit: Also, I use Ringdroid to customize my call and notification ringtones. My custom ringtones somehow got removed? Maybe this is a Ringdroid issue? Any help would be greatley appreciated. Thanks, guys.

Well have you tryed this....

Uninstall ringdriod...
Then save all data from the sd card REformat it with your G1 phone then after that's done reboot your G1 reinstall rimgdriod and give it another whirl.

If you have saved data from your g1 to the sd card then removed the card and used it on another device it can corrupt the files. I've noticed this with my digital cameras' sd card. Try exploring the card on a computer and back up the files, then format it and drop the files back to it and see if that does the trick. Good luck.

Thanks for the quick responses, guys. Reformatted my SD card and everything appears to be back to normal. Also uninstalled and reinstalled Ringdroid just to make sure. Thanks!
