G1 Specs

Ok, I was just going over the specs of the G1.
And I found this one to be quite funny:

Rechargeable Lithium-ion battery
Capacity: 1150 mAh

Talk time:
Up to 350 minutes for WCDMA
Up to 406 minutes for GSM
Standby time:
Up to 402 hours for WCDMA
Up to 319 hours for GSM

Ok, I'd like to talk to ANYONE who has gotten this phone to give them 400 minutes,
(6 1/2 hours) of talk time, and 319 hours (13 days) in standby.

I call complete BS on these specs.

well honestly thats not to far fetched, standby means no use at all.
and talking doesn't take that much energy,
i can get 11 or so hours with some talk/text/surfing/games so why not?

Question still remains un-answered:

well i believe i could do one or the other, definitely noy both. perhaps it was a typo?

That's the real question. And I don't see why it couldn't get well over a week at least with everything disabled and the screen not even on. The screen is a big drain.. if the phone is fully charged and then immediately unplugged I bet it would get close to that.

as for 6 hours... I don't know.. I've def done 3 hours, but that was not at full power.. so the phone did die eventually.
