i think this is a great idea sin, but i think it would be such a waste for it to just be an app. why not just see this sort of thing within the operating system? why not show helpful information such as install date, last accessed/used date, use-frequency, etc. these maybe even being just sort options within the Manage Apps interface. why add "bloat" with apps when this awesome information should really (in my opinion) be tracked via the OS.

i am by no means a Windows lover, but for reference, in the Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs applet, one can see apps, "Last Used" and a human-friendly rating for use-frequency (Rarely, Often, etc.)

maybe we need an android improvements thread. :) shoot, something such as "TweakUI" (for Windows) would be nice. all things that can be done to the OS already, but put in an easy-to-use UI.
