So, the oem headphones suck and adapter is way too long and with good headphones the wire is like 90ft long. so I shortened it. now its perfect.

i bought one of these (http://store.androidcommunity.com/content/accessories/12-45--2373.htm) from the android store. just happened to be over here and decided to grab two! can't have too many - redundant/in different locations. sweet.

i was interested in the seido adapter because its shorter but i use the button on the oem adapter to skip and pause songs.

Yeah me too, all I want is for the cord to be shortened...

Since the ear buds are long enough to reach down to the phone.
