I've been in a battle with AT&T, and not being able to receive Picture/Voice messages on my HTC G1

I was able to receive them on my HTC Wing, before the switch...

T mobile & Verizon are on board, but AT&T is really putting up a fight.

Anyone else !?

I'm confused, you're using the G1 on T-Mobile's Network ? Am I right ?. So what exactly does that have to do with At&t ?? Also what do you mean At&t's putting up a fight ? With what ?

Yes I am,

But I can not receive any picture messages from my people on the AT&T network, through the G1

When I was able to on the "Wing"

I tested this today, I received pictures from someone on T mobile & Verizon while on the phone with a REP from T mobile

Oh okay, definitely an issue with the G1 itself. I really don't believe it to be a situation connected to T-Mobile's Network. It's basically the same thing that goes for calls with the G1. I'm now using my Blackberry Curve and my G1 as my secondary device (For the moment). I've been getting a lot of complaints about how I'm not picking up my phone when I don't ever see it ringing. (Very Inconvienent)

I feel you!

I was trying to make this my main phone, since I sold the "Wing"...

Because I depend on my MMS's, so that means I still have to carry around my N95

Hey, if it works for you then do so until these issues get fixed (If they ever will). If I can't use the actually "Phone" to receive calls then we definitely have a problem.

same here.. have a hard time sending and receiving mms from ATandT people.. some times we get it 3 days after it was sent and vice versa.

Right, I can send them now...

It various, sometimes it's sent within minutes... or maybe the next day

That's why I said MMS vs AT&T, it's like they're in a battle

Same here. I can recieve mms from everyone except att customers. I had the same problem before i got my g1 with my pearl. Im not sure why

I'm having the same problem as well. It worked with my sidekick though...
