I want my damn unlock code

It's been over three days and I still have not received my unlock code from unlock-tmobileg1.com. What the hell if there gunna rip ppl off atleats give them there code in a timely fashion. I have tried emailing them. No response yet, has anyone else encountered this issue?

Generally T-Mobile seems to have a good reputation for providing unlock codes. Perhaps the holiday has caused a delay.

nope got mine within a 18hours. checked your spam box, junk mail? deleted / trash? no idea but they seem alright. you better check ur imei again before u key it in

I asked Tmo for the unlock right after i got the G1. The phone rep said she would email it to me right away, then about 2 days later i got an email saying---



Thank you for taking the time to contact T-Mobile. We have forwarded your request to the manufacturer. These requests normally take 24-48 hours, but may sometimes take longer based on circumstances that are not under our control. Please allow 14 days before submitting a duplicate request. If no response has been received after 14 days, please submit a new request.

NOTE: Since T-Mobile is requesting an unlock code from the manufacturer we cannot guarantee the response time or that a unlock code will be provided.



And it took a full 7 days after i got the above email until i got the email containing the code... but it worked, so I'm not complaining.

i didnt go through t-mobile i went to unlock-tmobileg1.com. i was looking at there "feedbacks" that is presented on their homepage and there is ppl leaving feedback days after i placed my order, even saying they got there code in an hour! does anyone have any idea how to contact these ppl?
