Non Profit wants to buy 100 tablets...need suggestions on to get good pricing

Hi--We are a non-profit that wants to buy 100 of the largest tablets (screens) possible. We do not need any software because the tablets will be used for only one download...one function or program.

Any suggestions how we go about getting a good product and a good price?
