The folks who gives a random application 1 star and replies "what it do?" or "i dunno what it for!" or "huh" and giving apps one stars for whatever stupid logic is going on through their minds.

I totally agree that we do something about these folks that disrupt the comment section. I know that these developers work hard to make their code and they don't appreciate this type of feedback. I say put a censor on bad language and a form of reprocussion on immature app feedbacks. Some of these people are very rude. Apps are free and they still don't appreciate anything. They could at least give a knowledgable negative feedback. Just imo.
