Already had the issues of terrible battery life and an offset screen, now theres a dead pixel on my screen.

What makes it worse, i have to wait until my "buyers remorse" period is over to get a replacement, so Im stuck with this ridiculously annoying dead pixel until the beginning of December.

Ugh. Anyone else get any dead pixels? This is one of those things in life that I can't stand. Any time I look at the screen the only thing I can focus on is that dead pixel...

I've only heard of a couple of reports of dead/stuck pixels. Consider yourself lucky! Sorry. Glad you have a new one on the way though.

sorry about your dead pixel man . i have 2 on my screen and i know it sucks .

i called t mobile and got a replacement in the mail . just the shell not a new

box . the one they sent me had a dead pixel too and the screen was in poor

condition . i called back and demanded a brand new phone . they did an

upgrade (charged my account and credited it after the order was placed)

so i should get a new phone in the mail around thanksgiving ..

i sent back the shell .

i also did this after my 14 day buyers remorse period .

they did not ask me to send back the G1 i have .. so i might have 2 G1s ;)

i ve worked in the industry before and all the rules are bendable ..

the 14 day buyers remorse period (except for Cali, 30 days) is just a policy.

goood luck . call CSR and raise hell lol

I really really dont understand why being within the buyers remorse period makes it so they cant send me a new unit. Isnt what Im experiencing with this unit BUYERS REMORSE?

Part of me thinks that theyre trying to scam me by letting the time pass so that they can give me a crap refurb unit and Im already locked into the contract...

I have a dead pixel too, tho I have learned to deal with it.
It only really bothers me on the homescreen depending on the wallpaper.
I have heard of someone else wit a dead pixel as well, and they ran flashlight and the strobe light apps to push it back in place.
It didnt work for me, but its worth a try to see if it'll work for u.

no problem for meez. Phone works just fine and I dont understand on the battery life. My battery is just fine. the other night I did a scientific test to see if my phone would die off the charger, left it off all night long. this morning to my surprise only 1 bar lower from full battery. awesome!
