The first one just all of sudden deletes all my contacts when it feels like it. It also drops calls, miss calls, locks up, and more. Fun huh....?

Whoa...sorry to hear that. I hope mines dont do the same.
I just wish they can fix the problem of the 3G network soon cuz i miss it. Oh u from miami also i see.

HTC probably rushed a lot of them through production to meet the insane demand of people like YOU. Yes, it's all YOUR fault. If Android could cry, it would be sobbing right now because of you.

Bottom line - you get the new one - sell it and get yourself HTC Touch Pro if you cannot wait for Android and more stability in it - and you are good
