Since I keep seeing people wondering if the order went through, here's some ways you can check if it did:
1. Confirmation text. Most people have received theirs within 24 hours, some haven't.
2. Go to my.t-mobile.com and sign in. Go to "Shop" at the top, and choose "Upgrade phone." You should see this message:
Your upgrade order is in process.
You currently have an order in process. Please check back later or call Customer Care at 1 (877) 453 1304 for questions.
3. Call customer care at 611 and ask over the phone.
I think everyone is just being a little impatient (although I don't blame you for worrying). Listed above is 3 ways you can check and rest easy, for the next month :(
