Sometimes no notification of missed call?

Sometimes I won't get a notification of a missed call. But when I check my call log I see them. :( Anyone have this happen? Any fixes?

I've noticed that if you have the call log on the screen and you miss a call, Android (mistakenly) assumes you've seen the call log and immediately clears the notification. I say mistakenly because if the device is locked and the call log screen is open behind the lock screen, the notification clears itself before you see it. If memory serves, it does this for SMS as well.

This is a bug that I've posted on the Google code page for Android.
