Samsung Galaxy II Volume Button Broken

Wondering if anyone can advise me how to turn up the incall volume without using the volume up button as unfortunarely for some unknown reason it has stopped working, the down button still works.

My network provider has requested they can take a look at it but they will have my phone for about two weeks so would like to avoid this.

Any advise much appreciated.

You may use an app .. There are apps to control the volume in internal in the Android market.
