Wow, I cannot find instructions on manually updating to RC30

I havent got the OTA notification, and Ive been looking everywhere on the boards here to find out how to manually upgrade to RC30.

I will probably be flamed for this post, I did search I just must be doing something wrong. If someone could just give me a link with directions I would really appreciate it.

Or you could wait OTA - I finally just got RC30 last night, I have had the phone since a couple days after release, it took them long enough but it finally came.

Not sure it matters but I was on wireless/plugged into charger at the time.

Thanks for the info. I did this and everything worked just as the instructions said but my phone still say rc28. I guess I'll wait for the update. I assume we are talking about the build number under About Phone. That is the only thing that references an rc##. So unless I'm looking in the wrong place it still says rc28.
