Google Talk won't stay signed on

I searched and couldn't find anything on this. The last couple of days, my Google Talk will sign out intermittently. I;'ve always had issues with AIM like everyone else, but never Google Talk. I've got full signal, and 3g in northwest Chicago. Anyone else have these issues?

Yeah, I've noticed that as well.... weird because it worked flawless. Getting tired of all these bugs. They should have fixed these by now. They fix one, another gets trashed.

Over the past couple of days, it's been happening, so after messing around with settings, I discovered gchat was logging me out when the 3g service icon would go away after the screen timed out. When I went to edge, the edge icon stayed on, and gchat stayed logged in. After a reset yesterday, 3g is constant again and so is gchat.
