why I am getting a update message

my phone has been unlocked and I am using AT&T network. Is that supposed to be pushed out by TMobile. I don't get any updating request when I was using the unactivate TMobile SIM card. Why after I started to use AT&T sim card, everytime I unlock the screen, I see this annoying update request message. I don't want to update...
