RC30 and internal phone storage

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue but when I check my internal phone memory it is stuck and not showing current. It was down to 8mb and then I deleted about 2mb worth of applications, checked it again and it was still at 8mb. So I decided to clear all my cookies, cache, etc. Rechecked the memory and it's still only showing 8mb and I keep getting low memory notifications when I surf the web. Is anyone else having this issue?

Okay, well I restarted my phone and now it's showing 11mb ;-)

Mines stuck as well.....it won't even download an app.....going to restart phone now, hopefully this will correct it.
