If you're disapointed with your G1 read this

For those who fell that the G1 didn't meet their expectations and insist in comparing it to the iPhone, here is a "conclusion" part of a good review of the first iPhone when it was released.

this was 1 year plus ago, price and software have changed, but good search keep it up

The point here is that the iPhone OSX was version "1" and the Android OS is version "1" and you can see that most of our frustrations are similar with their frustrations on the iPhone.

I find it funny how a lot of apps or features are appearing on the G1 phone...but yet when i tell my apple friends that...their rebuttal is: "Yeah we have that already"....or something of the like. Then i say: "but it didnt' take us nearly 2 years to get this app...it only took us 2 months."

I do have to say i feel the phone is slightly rushed without photo viewing using the accelerometer and the camera not having any video recording (still waiting for the Quallcom video accelerator update). But seriously...I'm sure there will be a slew of useful (and useless) apps available to buy beginning next year.
