Thanks for sharing , Here is more clarification :D
About the first step you may use PCSuite, iTunes.. etc, Or other sms backup program to copy the messages from your BlackBerry First.
Then To import the CSV file , Click "Menu" after Running the "PC Tool for VeryAndroid SMS Backup" Then "Sync" Then "Transfer SMS from Other Phone to Android".
And for the last step click "Menu" Then "Sync" then "Restore SMS to Android". That's it _Enjoy_ :)
