Dialer Screen Not Staying On

I love 99% of the phone except for one function, when I make a call, many times it goes into some type of voice menu system that requires me to push a number, the screen is going black and I have to 1. Push the Menu button, 2. Press the little tab to bring up the numbers, then press the numbers.

Then the screen goes black AGAIN in a few seconds, so you then have to push the Menu, the Tab... and press another number.

This is driving me nuts. I need the number screen to stay up, until I start speaking or something!!

Anyone else have this issue going on??

nothing you can do about it, i never have to reopen the dialpad though it stays open on my phone

yeah they blank that screen out again pretty damn fast


the screen timeout in general is an area that needs a good rethinking on Android's part..

Yeah same here, i hate that effen thing!! Especially when i'm in my voicemail and have to delete or save messages.......
