Ok...so maybe this isn't the best thing being that it's up to how the admins that control your Exchange servers have the discretion on whether or not they have this set up but we can give this a try...all Exchange servers have the ability to get the e-mails retrieved via IMAP or POP3...so using the native e-mail application, set up your incoming servers as your Exchange's IMAP/POP server names and use your Exchange username and password (use SSL). Then for the outgoing server, use smtp.gmail.com (with SSL) and user your gmail username and password. This will no doubt get all of your e-mails.
As far as the calendar goes, Google has an application that syncs Outlook calendars with the Google calendars...this is the link for that http://dl.google.com/googlecalendarsync/GoogleCalendarSync_Installer.exe
note: this application's syncs are bidirectional.
I hope this is helpful to some.

thanks for the suggestion, tornadoofsouls87. Do you get notifications for new emails using this method?

IMAP and POP access through Exchange needs to be activated by the Exchange administrator, and for the company that I work for they deactivated that feature. :(

If your Exchange server does allow POP access though, you can link that account in with your Gmail account and it'll push the Exchange emails down to your phone very quickly. I did this for a little while, but I was sick of all of my emails showing up as read already when sitting at my desk at work.

In my Gmail account, I just went into the Settings -> Accounts and added my Exchange e-mail in there. Gmail then pushed all of my Exchange e-mails down to my phone (probably not as instantly as a direct Phone to Exchange integration would've, but it was damn fast).
