Can I put Itunes vids on my G1 SD card?

Does it work? Can I just save Itunes tv shows and movies to my SD card? Are they the right format already?

I think the extension is .m4v i dont know if any of the video players recognize this, let me load some music videos i bought from the itunes store and ill post what happens...

EDIT:

Ok I loaded a music video from itunes in the .m4v format, both playsvideo and videoplayer recognized it however playsvideo displayed a blank black screen, Videoplayer displayed some weird patterns for like a second then the audio came up and after about 10 seconds i got the "cannot play video" dialog even though the audio was still playing even when i pressed ok so i pressed the back button and it exited...

Unfortunately all iTunes TV shows and movies are DRM protected and cant be played on anything except iPods, macs, and Apple TV.
