I can make calls but that is it. I tried rebooting the phone but it didn't help anything. It just has the reception bars... no "E" or "3G". Any ideas on what this could be? thanks

Yeah I. Had that problem this morning I reset it and took the battery out that did nothing so I went into the wireless andclicked the 2g only the e popped up and after the e poped up I took it off and thus the e popped up first and then the 3g popped up might work for you too. Tmobile needs to upgrade their network or somethin this phgone so good on crappy network sometimes.
