I have a Samsung Galaxy S running Gingerbread. Something happened yesterday and 2 icons went missing off of my homescreen. The bottom row used to contain phone, contacts, messaging and applications and now only contains phone and applications. This row also seems to be locked and wont let me add or move anything in this row. Anyone know how fix this?

Just try a Factory Reset, it will fix that issue .. then try to Install Apps Organizer its free in the market.
