phone not working after downloading new Rom

I downloaded a new Rom to my phone, but once it booted up, it didn't know my phone number, and had no cell service. How do I activate the cell service after putting on the new ROM?

What phone? What ROM did you Install ??
Check in the phone settings, Is your IMEI still visible ?
We're missing some info here!

My first question would be what rom did you useand was it for your make, model and brand of phone?
