iPhone Screen Protector on a G1? Will it work?

Ok well here's what I'm thinking of doing...I want to cut an iphone screen protector to fit on my g1. Because theirs this screen protector for the iphone called the power support anti-glare screen protector. This thing is pretty dang strong doesn't scratch at all does have a little anti-glare and best of all no fingerprints and sumdges!

So yeah do you think if I was just to buy it and then cut it to size for my g1 it will work? Like the screen be just as sensitive and all that good stuff?

It might. I don't see why it wouldn't. Your right though, it is damn good for how well it works but its so expensive! I mean $15 for 2 and I'm sure it took $1.76 to make both of them...

Yeah $15.00 is alot for just 2, but I don't mind paying that much especially for screen protection. In my honest opinion the screen is the most important part of the g1. I could live with a scratch on the body of the g1 but not on the screen. I would go with a zagg or bodyguardz too but putting water on my screen...not for me.

Plus cutting it to size shouldn't be too hard since your just cutting out a sqaure you just need a ruler to get the right measurements
But yeah anybody feeling like a guinea pig and trying it out? Lol...

yeah i dont like the idea of spraying anything on my screen either. where can u get the screen your talking about? the company dosent make screens for the g1? is there a website to buy or does it just come packaged with the iphone?

Nah it doesn't come with the iphone. But yeah heres a link to the iphone 1st gen one. They have them for the iphone, iphone 3g, ipodtouch, ipodtouch 2g..their all the same..same price just different cut kinda..

Since you still got the other one..can you cut it and put on your g1 and tell us how it works? lol please...?
