personalize text message alerts for contacts

I know how to set a personalized ringtone for different contacts but does anyone know how to change the notification alert for different contacts? Like when my mom calls it plays ''i love u baby!'l and I want it to play that when she sends a txt. My razr did this automatically!!

With both you can have a really nice messaging setup

i downloaded the chomp sms app but i didnt see where i can choose personalized ringtones for people im thinking maybe this phone is too advanced for me because its going to drive me nuts if i have to look to see who's texting me

i typed in chomp and it pulled up freakin pac man

try looking for an app called rings extended
if you have chompsms and rings extended

it LOOKS like you can personalize text messages with specific songs
i haven't really tried it out though
