I just got off the phone with a very helpful Tmo Customer Service Rep. If your wondering why your shipping info isn't showing up on UPS this is what you do. First you have to enter your number like so xxx-xxx-xxxx. Secondly you have to enter it in the right column. Enter your number in the "Track by Reference" section. Once you fill in the fields and hit enter you'll get your shipping info and the proper tracking number (the number beginning with 1Z). Well that's it so if your wondering why UPS hasn't updated their site that's the reason. So just to recap enter your number in the "Track by Reference" and enter your number like so xxx-xxx-xxxx.
