I've had that same Kingston Class 4 SDHC card in my phone for some time now. It has been very reliable but when I tried copying /data/data to my ext2 partition that is when my phone became slow and unstable so I guess class 4 is just too slow for that. Still the /data/app and /data/app-private tricks work fine so I say it is a good deal.
