Yeah New G1 Was shipped!!!!! [Archive]

so i had a big fight with tmobile yesterday night because on the first of the month i was told that i would not have to send my old phone till i receive my new one well they. Started to tell me a whole other story, that if i dont ship it out today i would be charged for the new phone and would be charged a 70 bucks for the old phone but i would get to keep both. Well it sounded great until i saw my bill and that didnt go well so i sat there on the phone for over and hour becuase the first girl i talked to on Nov 1 didnt tell the shipping place to ship my order and wait for my old one. So to make long story short i got my new g1 it will be here on teh 11 and i was credited back my money for both phones so i can send my other one back at my convience, and i got the reps number and id so any problems i just talk to her now that is good customer service. Sorry for being so long just thought you guys should know,

And if you are planning on sending your phone back, take it from me DONT LET THEM SAY NO OR YOU HAVE TO SEND IT FIRST , because you paid for quality and customer service they have no right to do that.:mad:

Thats good. So what happened to your first G1? I never heard of sending in your old phone first. When they send you the new phone its comes with a prepaid return label to send your old phone back. Oh well at least you got the problem solved.
